This basic introduction to “Discovering Mindful Self-Compassion” with the option to focus on Mindful Travel. It will provide insight and tools to enrich your experiences by living deeply and embracing life.

Due to time restraints, this is an introduction only. If you find this introduction helpful, which I am sure you will; I recommend further study and attending an MSC 8-Week Course (in person). MSC is offered once a week for eight week and includes a half-day silent retreat.
