In this workshop sessions you will experience: –

• Guidance can help you identify your “why, what, where and how”.
• Dream setting, visualisation and Vision Board.
• Travel Style Assessment
• Receive practical information that best suits your travel needs.
• Recognising possible blocks you may have regarding stepping out into this new journey.
• Recognising possible blocks you may have regarding stepping out into this new journey. We can do this by identifying values, strengths and what really energises you. These will guide us to discovering and making real your travel dream. The end goal will be to attain a sense of meaning during your travel adventure.
• Handling fears: – Are you anxious about the unknown, the stories you have heard that are putting you off travel? Many fears are based on negative thoughts that do not correspond to reality. Using evidence-based techniques of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion/Self-kindness, I will guide you with exercises to assist you in staying present and minimising stress before and during your travel. If we choose, we have the power to move forward by creating new stories relating to travel and to our lives.

• In session two, I provide you with travel options & ideas/leads to get you on your travel journey. Please note these are recommendations based on our first session. This is not a travel itinerary nor travel agency services.
